Pianist, teacher, writer
Performing pianist and teacher, living in Glasgow
Adam is a Master’s graduate in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatoire of Brussels, where he performed Grieg’s A minor Piano Concerto in early 2024. From an early age, Adam demonstrated a sensitivity for music and the piano, and left behind a secure career in construction to pursue a life in music at the age of twenty-two.
Next to performing, teaching is my greatest passion. I have ten years of experience; in both Belgium and Scotland. I give individual lessons privately and at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland Juniors.
*Please note I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
“Adam is as dedicated to his profession as anyone I have ever come across.”
Simon Coverdale
“Adam is a gifted musician with an infectious passion for music. He is an excellent communicator and thoroughly committed to sharing his experience and knowledge with his pupils. Having engaged in many conversations with Adam about his teaching, I can see the care and thoughtfulness he brings to his work.”
Dr. Tree Burton
Adam’s current project is to record and perform Alexander Scriabin’s often forgotten preludes Op. 11. He has also embarked on the beginning stages of a PhD at the University of Glasgow, Scotland. This will centre around music education and performance, with a particular focus on the piano.
